Peter： What do you think about this house?
Kate： Let me have a look at the flyer. It looks as though it has four sizeable bedrooms and a modern kitchen-diner on the second floor. I guess it's worth a look.

ケイト：ちょっとチラシを見せて。大きなベッドルームが4つと2階にモダンなダイニングキッチンがあるようね。見てみる価値はありそう。
ピーター：インターネットでたくさん家をチェックしてきたけど、これが今まで見た中で一番良い家だと思う。広々としてて、おまけにきれいな庭がある！場所もとても気に入った。僕たちには完璧だ！
ケイト：私は完璧とまでは思わないけど、確かに魅力的な物件よね。問題は価格。この地域の価格は最近急騰していて、現時点でこんな高価な家を購入する余裕があるのかどうかはわからない。代わりにアパートを買うのはどう？
